Air-popped popcorn makes a great and very "filling" snack.

Forget the microwave stuff. You can buy an "air popper" for about $15 and make totally healthy, fat-free, preservative/additive-free popcorn with no added sodium that you can eat freely without worrying about excessive calories.
Yum and only 30 calories a cup.

Be sure to create a nutritionally-sound diet plan by making healthy choices. Choose foods high in fiber as they are metabolized *slower*… creating a lasting feeling of fullness.

Apart from the basic "plenty of grilled chicken and fish, fresh fruits (think: apples) and vegetables", be sure to include grains and cereals (oatmeal is fiber-rich and very filling), and legumes (beans) which are also an excellent fiber source. Another filling and easy diet meal is *soup*. Studies have shown that those who include soup in their daily diet– not only lose more weight, but they maintain the loss with less effort. Homemade vegetable is a good way to go, but if it’s not feasible for you, just be sure to watch sodium content, as canned soups are notoriously-high in sodium.

Don’t exclude "healthy" fats— nuts and seeds (peanut butter is a super-food), and remember to drink plenty of water!
Also, it’s important to take a daily multivitamin when dieting.

    Best of Luck!

We are both in the same boat. Marinated chicken breasts on the George Foreman Grill one night and then salad the next. The key is to be creative. Tomatoes, imitation crab, celery, cucumbers, and a light Asian sesame dressing. Fat free Catalina is awesome as well. It’s good. Does the job. No guilt, and it’s TASTY.!

.. well i dunno about calories .. but healthy & filling stuff includes high fiber food like maybe a whole grain bread sandwich with turkey or tuna, u can have whole grain pasta or rice with a nice tomatoe based salsa ( spicy salsa increases your Basal Metabolic Rate which increases the calories burnt while at rest), a fruit salad with skimmed yoghurt, a mized bean soup with some chicken, and carrot/radish/cucumber/celery sticks with a yummy low fat yoghurt dip or salsa.
