What types of diet tips/exercises do you have for someone who just gave birth two weeks ago?
I just gave birth two weeks ago to my first son Dominic. I want to know what types of exercises I can do to tighten my belly. I had an episiotomy which is healing on schedule and I am breastfeeding. I am trying to eat more healthy but its a little hard with my hectic schedule so any advice??
