    By best advice is to eat in moderation(have 4-5 small meals), eat food in all food groups…. dont try to limit yourself to any one group. also by eating small meals consecutively does boost your metabolism.Your body needs the energy, but you just got to know when to stop. Ad try to at least do a little exercise ..like incorporatin walking for at least 15mins. into your daily routine

    If you are really looking for the best weight loss diet, I suggest doing what this mom did, combining the Acai diet with a cleansing program for the best diet result
