what are some tips to stick with a bland food diet?

i haveta go on a bland food diet for the next two months.
any tips for sticking with eating boring foods/help at all?
i’m not doing it to lose weight. its for health reasons.

    don’t do it you can lose weight by eating butter and eggs and grass fed animal products with crystal salt all over them . and cutting out sugars and grains

    Occasionally I cook up some rice, add black beans and corn, or mixed veggies. Then add a handful or so of roasted almonds to spice it up.
    If I really want more kick, I’ll add just a bit of LaChoy sweet & sour sauce.
    Makes 3 or 4 servings. The beans help curb appetite and are rich in fiber.
    I don’t know how bland your diet has to be. You might dream up mixtures
    that suit you. Maybe eat a serving with just abit of kick once a day, once a week, or just nuts, whatever variations work for you. Just use your imagination, there’s no recipe, you choose what you mix to suit your own
    diet. Vinegar curbs hunger. I know you are on a bland food diet, i mention all this stuff just incase there’s anything in it that’s of use to you.
