What are some good dieting tips and foods?
It has been three months since I had my son. I am now ready to get committed and lose the weight. I am a sahm. I am looking for easy meals and great dieting tips. Also any workouts that can be done at home and will show results would be great too. Thanks

There are loads of great exercise tapes that you can find on amazon and other websites. If I were you I would get one with a hot topless male showing you the exercises!!! Exercising is the best way to lose weight, because you can choose where you lose it from!
Don’t bother with a diet, jut try to cut out snacking or get some healthier meals!

i think that firstly u shouldn’t skip meals otherwise u will faint . u need to exercise alot atleast for 30 min a day u u need to also eat healthy food like salads tthis will help in losing wait

With dieting and quick weight loss tips I see it this way.
You can do it on your own – lots of willpower and organization. Or you can attend a group – still lots of willpower but also the group dynamic thing and all the tips behind you.
So I’d take the 2nd road and join a weight loss group myself. Especially since you’ve just been through a birth situation – you’re read for some support from a group.
Essentially though, it comes down to you. They’ll say – no carbs after 7pm, plenty of exercise, lots of substitute foods, weigh everything, only as much meat or protein as you can fit in your hand. Vary what you eat for breakfast and plenty of water.
Its up to you and you’re the one that has to battle the odds and the tempting situations. You can do it, you’re a Mum afterall ! Congratulations too btw.
