    atkins will take more weight off faster than any other diet, but if you want weight gone quickly, i’ve heard that you can lose two pounds a day by eating one apple and two cans of tuna fish per day. and thats it.

    Combine mushroom juice daily with a grapefruit diet and vegetarian meals loaded with onions, garlic and tabasco sauce. Should do the trick.

    Weight loss is a lot simpler than people think. Don’t waste your money on fad diets. The formula is simple.
    Calories you consume <less than< calories you burn=weight loss.

    Have one candy bar a day. Have 100 bowls of lettuce. It doesn’t matter what you eat… whether it’s low carb or low fat.. you just have to consume fewer calories than your body naturally burns. (Most people’s bodies burn anywhere between 1200-2500 calories a day, even if all you did was lay in bed. It’s called your basal metabolic rate, and you can find calculators online to determine what yours is.)

    Depending on how fast you want to lose weight, I’d say limit it to 1200 calories a day. Don’t go any lower than 500.
    It’s not effective in the long-run, but you will lose weight fast.

    I actually tried that Hollywood 48 hour Diet 3 days ago, & I lost 8 pounds in 2 days! No shit! You can try it, but it requires no eating those days, & all your intake is the juice & water, you pee alot! But its whatever! Oh ya, you can find it at Walmart, but remember to keep a good diet afterwards or not, if you eat the same as you did before, it’ll all come back!

    Oh my god don’t do it! Did you know every crasj diet is doing you damage. On a basic level, every crash diet deprives you of something you need (usually calories!), and when your body is deprived it goes into "keep absolutely everything that goes inher mouth in storeage in case she does this crap to me again" mode. And you know what? It NEVER gets out of that mode! This is why skinny people can eat 2000 calories a day and stay a size 10 while anyone who has EVER tried to lose weight by starving their body in some way would need to PERMANENTLY go a on a low cal diet FOREVER to keep trim. I’m talking like 1200cal, ie. being on weight watchers FOREVER! What ever this is for, it is not worth it!!
