put pictures of yourself in a swimsuit or something
in the places that you see the most
seeing these pictures all the time will remind of why
you want to lose weight
and with those pictures of yourself put pictures of
someone who has the body type that you’d like to
have next to the pictures of you
this will motivate you to obtain that body instead
of settling with your own
GOOD LUCK

First of all one should eat natural food. Then you feel happy and full of energy and can’t seat at one place, you want to move. But one is still tired and hungry after eating chemical or synthetic food. Look what are you eating.

The problem with going on a "diet" is that the word "diet" implies something temporary or something that is a change from the normal routine of your life so that you can attain a result. Everybody knows that as soon as you obtain your result from your diet, you stop dieting and you have to start all over again. My idea is different. Instead of going on a "diet," we are slowly going to change our lifestyle. Once we create healthier lifestyle habits for ourselves, these will be permanent, and instead of attaining a result from the lifestyle, we obtain the lifestyle itself, which will become the normal routine rather than be a different course from the normal routine.
So the key here is not to think that this is a break from the norm until we obtain a result, the key is to convince ourselves that this change IS the new norm, and that the result we are looking for will be unrealized because it will simply be the process of implementing these pillars everyday without thinking–as if they are second nature. So do not think of the things you are doing as a sacrifice or duty to yourself, simply regard them as you would regard a new job or a new house–they are something that you chose that will be the way you identify with yourself from now on.
This is all about doing things that are natural for our bodies, and that our bodies have been evolved to do–which people are less and less likely to do because culture influences us NOT to. Break away from cultural tendencies to commodify huge, luxurious meals and lazy afternoons after work and listen to what natural tendencies have factored into the mathematics success of our species.

Working out with a friend or someone you admire can help. Paying something for your trips to the gym help, If I pay for it, I won’t miss going. Make sure the environment is a happy one, good music, etc.
good luck to you
