I have tried everything and the only thing that worked for me wa an accurate count of calories if it goes in your mouth it counts. 1000 calories is what I do sometimes I eat something I shouldn't but I never go past 1000.

Run everyday. I used to hate running, but I do it everyday. Things to help: run with a friend, play tag with a bunch of people in your neighborhood, run different routes (beach, your neighborhood, trails, etc.). THe hard part about running is it is definitely not fun but once you do it for about 2 or 3 weeks (5-6 days a week) you start getting in shape, and you don't get tired. In fact, you'll be surprised when you FEEL like running or you get cranky when you don't. It's called a runner's high. When you exercise you release chemicals called endorphins which make you happy.

Another part of losing fat is eating healthy, but eating enough food! If you don't eat enough, your body goes into starvation mode and your body holds onto as much fat as it can. So if youre hungry, eat!!! But at your age, I definitely wouldn't be worried about what you eat, you still need to grow!

And don't weigh yourself. When you first start exercising (running or whatever), you gain weight because you're gaining muscle. So judge how you're doing by how your clothes fit. Numbers don't mean anything! And remember it takes about 2 weeks to see a difference. You'll get discouraged because you won't see results right away, but trust me, do you ever see overweight runners?

You don't mention anything about calories. It's always about "calories in" vs "calories out". Even more important than just calories is the CONTENT of those calories. At your weight you should eat 1500 calories. BUT 1500 calories from "good carbs" will make your body look horrible.

Whereas 650 from protein/650 from fats/200 from carbs will have your body looking marvelous in a short amount of time!

Eating like this puts your body in its BEST position to use stored body fat as fuel ALL day & night.

Add your workouts in and you're golden!

6 small meals sounds good
As for exercises, look up turbulence training, circuit training, etc.
Try sprint interval running for speeding up your metabo so your body is constantly burning fat. For example, you do your exercises, and right after have about 3 sprint sessions, 2 mins of 70 % of your max, and 1 minute taking an easy pace, break no more than 60 seconds, less could be better. Stay away from sugar, PERIOD. Excessive amount of glucose is like a fit persons Kryptonite, it can kill Superman, it'll kill you. Ok that's exaggerated. But there's a lot to learn when it comes to dieting and loosing weight. In two months you can lose 20 lbs, hard work though. I've lost 15 in one, but I have 6 experience in dieting and fitness.

Oh and another thing! There's a lot of controversy over long distance running and sprinting. I do both. So mix it up, and always mix up your workouts, your body gets accustomed to the repetition and psychologically the mind gets bored with it. When you drink water, aim for a gallon and carry a gallon with you so you know how much you have left. The problem this so much water is that is wipes out electrolytes, so you'll have to find something to replace them with because many bodily digestive functions and so forth are dependent on them.

The website I posted will help you so much for exercise types and dieting, please look it up for your benefit.

Its sounds like your pretty prepared to lose weight. Sometimes its hard to stick with the plan you come up with but always stay strong. If you get a sweet tooth munch on some rice cakes (cinnamon strussel is the best) or some 100 calorie packs. Even changing the oils you cook in helps. Try using a salt substitute the will eliminate any swelling in the stomache area. Make sure to get wheat bread or even white wheat. On Fit TV there a program called ALL-STAR workouts. You might even want to try that. I think if i believe in yourself and still to the diet youll lose 30 pounds...maybe more. Be sure not to work out TOO much. You could pull or strain something. Ive been doing this small diet and ive lost 15 pounds without even trying too hard. I hope this helps!!! <33

You're 300 calories away from anorexia. 1000 calories will not provide sufficient nutrients for anybody, unless you're very very short and have a very small frame. Please rethink your diet if you want to stay healthy.
