Those who have tried weight loss diet pills?

Well i wanted to lose about 25 to 30 pounds. I wanted to know the most effective diet pill that YOU’VE actually tried. & yes i do know exercise & healthy eating is part of it. Mahalo for your help & insite.

    The only truly effective weight loss pills are either amphetamines (good luck getting ahold of those legitimately) or Xenical, which has a side effect profile that is best countered with an adult diaper.

    You should try the South Beach diet. It actually works really well and the results are quick and amazing. The food is great too.

    Well…I’ve tried HydroxyCut with no luck…but it worked wonders for a friend of mine…I’ve been taking Anoretix on and off for some time now…it really does help curb your appetite and increase your energy…but it does have a few side effects that I encountered…the ones with caffeine made me a bit jittery and short of breath. Also, it can give you stomach cramps at times…you just have to keep in mind that you MUST take these with A LOT of water…when I do take them, I do notice a difference…but I have terrible memory and am not very good at sticking to plans…therefore…I stop taking them and resume a month or 2 later…go to Anoretix.com or google reviews on the product, they are usually positive. Plus they are relatively cheap. Good Luck in your search!

    I really like green tea pills. They’re a healthy natural way to increase your metabolism and give you energy. I never really lost weight on them because I didn’t have extra weight to lose, but they definitely gave me energy. Diet pills aren’t really good for you, but green tea is because it’s an antioxidant so it benefits your body in several ways. Even if the increase in your metabolism isn’t enough to actually make a big difference, the extra energy they give you could help motivate you to do things (exercise, work out, activities, etc.) that could help you lose weight. It wouldn’t hurt to try them. Good luck! =)

    If you’re looking to loose weight, then I suggest you to not use pills, but to go with something you could do yourself at home. Go on a banana diet. I know it sounds weird, but eat bananas for every meal. For lunch and dinner, eat a little, but not too much that you get full, and fill yourself with bananas. :) They do this in Japan and they say it really works if you do it continuously for about a week or so. I hope this helped!!!

    i have tried acomplia its really works i have lose 20 pounds in 35 days and without any side i have just used the small pack of it cuz i do alot of workout thats y i thought that would be enought you can check some other pills too link xenical or phentermine but i suggest you acomplia cuz i have used it

    i did try Hoodia Diet-Max but this did not work for me. After 6 months later i took Proactol and i lose about 10 lbs for my 1st month and it’s work for me.
