well i have hypothyroidism and its hard to lose weight-and i recently got the depo provera shot and since then i have gained twenty pounds-i cant really workout alot cause i had knee surgery and i havent regained full capability of my knee-so i cant run an di cant do much-i am on levothyroxin for my thyroid, occassional combivent-and i am a college student and i work like one day a week for five hours-what weight loss pills or supplemens would you suggest?

I am a 19yo male. I weigh 170 pounds and am 5′11. I am currently at 14 percent body fat. My goal is to drop to under 10 percent body fat but I also would like to put on some muscle. I know it is hard to accomplish both of these at the same time but has anyone had any success with a certain diet and workout? I am also doing a lot of cycling. Any suggestions on diet and workout would be helpful.

ill try to stay around 1200-1400 calories every day
i will also workout 3-5 times a week (tennis twice a week + treadmill)
what do u think? ill appreciate any tips
im almost 15 and 5.2 and 120 pounds (im small boned so the doc told me i can lose up to 20 pounds) iwould like to lose 15 pounds tho

I’m looking to start seriously working out, and have friends who workout regularly and ask me what body type I am trying to achieve. Ideally I would like to have a muscular yet lean physique, like maybe a welterweight boxer. I am 5′8" and at the moment about 178 lbs, with not a lot of muscle and more excess than I’d like. Any general tips?

I can’t go outside a lot, so I do pilates. I want to know more workout for weight loss.
By the way, is pilates for girls only?
I mean like give me instructions for an excercise. You know, like…
Step 1: Do this.
Step 2:Dp that.
Also, tell me how many I should do, like 20 sit-ups or 100 jumping jacks.

So, I’m bio-female and genderqueer. I really enjoy presenting male on occasion, but I have trouble passing. I have a very female body shape and I want to try and reshape myself in a more masculine way without the help of T.
Any recommendations for a good workout routine to get rid of some curves and get a more passably male body? I particularly want to focus on shrinking my chest and hips.

I have ate pretty unhealthy and a lot of food today because im starting a diet tomorrow so I can lose weight.(I already do 15 hours of gymnastics monday through friday but I rest on the weekends and don’t workout.) Is this ok that I ate unhealthy today?
