Puerto Rican cuisine Diet Tips please help?

Oh please come to my aid here. I want so to help this lady out who only eats Puerto Rican food. She asked that I give her my opinion of what she should eat. I know all the lean proteins, carbs, and veggie portions—but I have no idea of what to tell her to eat. I mean I myself might substitute ground beef with turkey–but can you think of just one dish that has all the nutrients and is low in fat?

Can you tell me a strict diet and exercise plan to lose weight. I cant eat wheat or dairy and I dont like chicken or turkey or red meat. Ill have some wheat once in awhile. So what can make me drop in size????? Thank you so much also I have a gym membership, like to exercise but not run.

What would happen if you had 0% body fat, but kept dieting and eating really healthy?

What would happen if someone who was very fit, had 0% body fat, but kept dieting, regularly eating a lot of things like vegetables, fruits, lean turkey, etc.?

Would their weight loss just stop due to no more mass to lose?

Exercise and diet tips to shrink hips/waist and thicken neck?

I am 5′2" and 175 and trying to join the Army (my husband is already in). I’ve had a thyroid problem that has now been resolved but kept me from losing weight. I just started my Slim-Fast diet on 5/21. Currently take in no soda, have two Slim-Fast one for lunch and one for dinner. Two fruit or veggie snacks. Turkey or Chicken for dinner protein and a HUGE salad with limited Fat Free dressing. I need to lose at least 20 lbs. ASAP and any additional diet tips and exercises that will take inches of my waist and hips or thicken my neck would be helpful. Also walking/jogging 4.5 miles a day. I need to lose this weight so I can sign up for the Army!!!!

How do I shrink my hips and waist and make my neck thicker? Exercise and diet tips?
