I just want to trim a few pounds.
I love food too much to go on a diet.
I do excersise. I take gym which is about 45 mins a day, and I am now working on my cardiovascular endurance for basketball. I play basketball and volleyball frequently. We also run 3/4 cross country mile once a week.
My lunch usually consists of a soda, turkey sandwich and some sort of snack. I usually dont eat breakfast. Dinner is a variety.
I try to drink a limit of two 8 ounce sodas a day.
What can I do to easily trim a few pounds without going on a "diet"?
I’m 13. Gym is just PE. not a workout gym…

I eat vegtables and fruits a lot when dieting but I also eat my fair share of icecream, cake, cupcakes, pizza and fastfood. I just balance the calories so most of my calories are healthy food and a few hundred per week are unhealthy food/fast food. Is it ok to eat white bread if you hate wheat bread and to drink soda once or twice a day? Im not a person in favor of giving those up completely if im healthy 80% of the time.

I’m wanting to lose about 15 to 20 lbs in a time spand of a month and a half. So I’m cutting my calories by 1,000 a day. Drinking water and crystal light mix drinks instead of soda. But is their a certain diet that can help me out more? I heard of the fiber diet, grape fruit diet, acai berry diet, green tea diet.
But which one would fit my goal? It doesn’t necessarily have to be the examples i showed up above it could be something you would recommend.

Around november of last year, i switched over from a disgusting junk food thriving, soda drinking, chain smoking living habit to a cleaner more exercise and healthy eating habit. Before i switched, i got sick maybe once a year. Ever since i changed things, I’ve caught several colds, and a very mild case of strep. Basically what i’m asking is can a healthier diet put you at risk for sickness or common viruses?

Hey people I am about to start dieting because I really need to lose some weight, but I don’t really know how to go on a diet. I mean besides from the obvious like avoiding candies and soda. What types of food should I look out for and what types of food should I be eating more of? Like protein, is protein good or bad, and what about carbs? Sorry if I sound stupid, but I really don’t know anything about this.
Thanks for the help.

Hi! My 11 year old son was wanting to loose weight because he is tired of being chubby/fat. He is 5′1 and weighs 117 pounds and is wanting to loose about 20 pounds by fall. If he runs the treadmill for 30-50 minutes a day, walks around the neighborhood, cuts soda and only eats three light meals a day will he loose weight?? I am not sure so please don’t say that is too much or isn’t enough. Thank you very much!

i just got engaged and plan to be married within the year and my fiance and i plan to start a family soon after. i want to get in shape and be healthy not only for my wedding but also so i will be healthy when we decide to get pregnant, he is already in excellent shape and health other than diet but its me who needs to do most of the work. ok, first things first, i am a pack and a half a day smoker i have tried to quit cold turkey for 3 years and i always come back to it, i am going to buy the patch today, as a result of smoking my cardio is shot. also we have budget restraints due to the wedding, so gym memberships and expensive health food is out of the question, currently i eat mostly fast food and drink mostly soda. i never exercise because my cardio sucks and i also have bad knees from cheerleading in highschool so jogging and running even when i was in good health was extremely painful. someone please help me with inexpensive diet tips and at home exercise plans please help!
