can u reccomend me a excersize or diet plans? NO PILLS/ FAD DIETS (IE ATKINS OR MIAMI BEACH)?
Tuesday, July 6th, 2010im 18, 5ft 9, 126 lbs. i want to be 120 lbs. dont tell me its unhealthy i need this weight off for a show. i do about 30 mins walk/day and an hr aerobics per week. how can i healthily lose weight without weakness? i eat per day cornflakes and milk, a sandwich, a yoghurt n something like bolognese. Any excersize regeimes so i can lose some lbs? i have exams, what the amount of food i can eat without feeling weakness whilst studying? my breakfast is @ 7, lunch @12 dinner @7.
