I want to lose about 4 kg, I’m not fat just a tiny bit chubby. If I cut out all junk food/drinks, eat salads vegtables etc & walk/jog for an hour a day, how long will it take to lose the weight?

I weigh 218lbs. I want to weigh 170-175, a 50lb diffrence. Im married with three kids 8,5,1 1/2, My husband doesnt think i need to lose weigh but im uncomfertable and im not happy with myself, He tells me im beatiful, sexy georgus, all the right things. We work at a restrant that we use to eat at alot for free. I dont eat but once a day and when i do eat i feel very guilty, i have feet problems I tend to think its becouse I need to lose weight. When we get off at nite, he wants mcdonald witch only serve fruit bowls or wendys that serve salads(not at all bad), i want to lose the weight I dont have time to go to a gym so in the mornings after i take my two oldest to school i walk the track. How do i explain to my husband i want to do this for me.

I am kind of restricted from exercise due to my job. I am a truck driver so i cannot make it to a gym. So what I am asking if anyone has found a diet that works and that is not a "Fad" diet. I would like to lose about fifty pounds. My diet now consists of mainly salads, water, and diet soda. But the problem as stated as before is lack of time to exercise. The diet that i am looking for would be something that would boost my matabolism that way in tuen i would lose wieght. Thanks for any suggestions

trying to diet at the minute to lose my stomach that i gained over the festive period…also working out to blitz it … but i would like any tips or advice you can give me ? like any diet plans etc? ive been eating salads and plain tuna , wholemeal bread , fruit etc … im easy to eating pretty much anything so would be grateful for all help u can offer. If you are dieting or have done in the past and have plan that worked let me know meal plans etc.

And also, how do i shrink my boobs, and if any guy is going to answer the bigger the better, ur not the one carrying around two size D everywhere u go, and it truly is painful!!! without surgery!!!

i do exercise, and i have changed my exercies routines so my body doesnt stop responding to exercise.
ok, i exercise, i only drink water, i dont snack on junk, i eat salads and fruits, i dont eat bread or potatoes or pasta, and once again i exercise.

I am exercising and eating better (water, salads etc..) but I am actually gaining weight now! (like a pound every 2 weeks!) I am 7 lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight and used to always be petite. Did anyone do something special to lose weight? (other than breastfeeding) Is this normal because it has only been 2 months since I had my son? Any similiar experiences?

Alright … Another weight loss question lol

I’m 5′o exactly and I weigh about 16o
I was at the doctor the other day and we were talking about my weight ..
For my height and age i’m supposed to weigh about 9o – 115 pounds ,
but my doctor doesn’t want me to go below 13o lbs because of health reasons …
I mean, no offense i’m a 42 DD (and it’s not because i’m overweight) …
im not exactly gonna go down to 11o and look normal, lol
But main thing is I gained about 2o pounds in one year, mostly because of a medicine that i’m taking (it can cause weight gain my doctor said)
Pretty much all my fat is in my stomach and a little bit on my legs ..

I’m looking to lose about 2o pounds, because overall I like my body type and i’m comfortable with
the way I look … I just want to lose the weight for health reasons (and ok … the small stomach idea isnt too bad lol)
but I understand i’m not gonna be one of those girls with super tiny legs and a 24 inch waist (nor would i want to be)

But i was thinking about starting my diet off with a colon cleanse (for one week – no longer, im too young)
and then cutting calories down by cutting out prossesed foods …
pretty much just eating fruits, veggies, salads, lean meat (like chicken)
lots of water … no sodas or sugary drinks

+ maybe 2o – 3o minuets of exercise everyday + strength training 3x week
( lol basic i know )

im pretty determined .. and i have strong will power, so this is pretty do-able for me

main question is … do you think that this is a healthy way to lose the weight ?
is there anything else i can do (minus fad diets or pills – not intrested in ruining my body) to help ?
and do you think i can drop the 2o in about 6 – 8 weeks ?
