I dont know haow to loose weight and i feel i really need to. i cant stick to exercising, i hate half the vegetables out there, and i can stop eating crap all them time whenever i think i may be hungry or just am in the mood for junk. please help!! if theres a way i can loose weight with a plan or anything!! thanks

i just need something that would help me loose weight…i just want to loose more weight just because of some people…i feel like no one really likes me because im a lil over weight and no one really likes me…i have told people i liked them and that was there reason…"i was there type" so does anyone know of any good pills or anything i can do to loose weight.

I’m in my late teens and I’m trying to loose weight. I’m 5′7” and was at 211 lbs before I started my changing my diet. I’ve been doing that since January 6th..I am currently at 192lbs..oh yes! I’ve still got a lot to do but I could use some encouragement. How’s my weight loss progressing?

Hi! My 11 year old son was wanting to loose weight because he is tired of being chubby/fat. He is 5′1 and weighs 117 pounds and is wanting to loose about 20 pounds by fall. If he runs the treadmill for 30-50 minutes a day, walks around the neighborhood, cuts soda and only eats three light meals a day will he loose weight?? I am not sure so please don’t say that is too much or isn’t enough. Thank you very much!

A while ago I started forcing myself to eat to try and cure my anorexia, it was hard and to a few months to do. As I kept throwing up everytime i tried to eat. Got there in the end and now im happy to say i no longer have anorexia but of course I still have my self-esteem issues. I started to have the "i want children at some point, I want to live a long healthy life, I want to make more friends, climb mountains…" thoughts.
Anyway, After i started eating again, I found ive put on probaly 4 times as much weight as i lost through the disease. I want to look healthy and loose weight again. But i want to do it the HEALTHY way. I heard about eating 6 smaller meals and things like this. But never fully understood it. I excercise anyway. But i would like to know what excercises are the best and help loose weight fast. I know it wil take some time and thats fine as long as i dont do any damage to my body. What food should i remove from my diet? does coffe effect it? Tips and facts plz

I’ve heard snacking through out the day is good, but then i’ve heard that you shouldn’t snack to loose weight. I’m currently trying to loose weight and i have the working out part down, i just need to figure out the eating part of things. I’ve been trying to eat less calories than normal, but i always end up slipping.
What are your thoughts on different eating habits geared towards weight loss?

Just curious, but if you have to eat to lose weight, do you really lose weight? Obviously you need to eat less but why do they say to eat at a certain caloric intake?
I am trying to lose weight and I was informed that I need to take in 1001 calories a day. I ate 768 calories and burned 587 calories at the gym. Either way, I ate more than I burned. Can I still loose weight.
I am 5′5 145.
