I am a student and I basically live on fast food I desperately need to lose weight, lots of it. I try to count the calories but so far no success. Has anybody have a good diet to suggest? has any one tried Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers ? do they really work?
I’d like to join a free online community or group. I know there are tons of weight loss support sites and THOUSANDS of PAGES of groups on yahoo groups, but I’d like to find one that is free, for generic diet and fitness (i.e. not specifically for jenny craig/weight watchers members) and will actually communicate with each other. Preferably in my age group 18-35.

am thinking about jenny craig and nutrisystem as I am a grad student without much time and in need of a convienient way to lose weight. I tried weight watchers, but I couldn’t haul every single package to the computer every time I wanted to eat, sometimes I’m on campus all day. Has anyone tried these prepacked plans, and are they any different than just getting the lean cuisines or smart choice meals at the store?
What diet pill or fast weight lose pill works the best. I have tried jenny craig but I have not seen any results lately. I work out at least three to four times a week. Any help would be appreciated.
I have been researching different options of weight loss centers(Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Nutrisystem, LA Weight Loss) They are all quite expensive. Weight Watchers being the least. Does anyone know of any that do not cost too much money but are still effective and provide support?
