How Many Calories to Eat When Dieting?

I am 15 and weigh 145 lbs- 140 and am 5"4-"5. I want to lose 20/10 pounds or so in two or three months. I think the number of calories a normal teenager should eat is 2600 or something, right?

So I decided to go on a diet an hour ago. So I was just wondering how many calories can you lose a day doing your daily activities, going to work, and such, not incuding working out. Also, if I did 300 crunches a day how many calories do you think I can lose, if I only have 250 calories a day? Any other diet tips you can give me? Excersize tips or anything? Also, can anyone tell me what I should do while I’m on my diet, and i’m starting to crave something really fattening, what I should do? If anyone wants to try and do this with me, that would be really cool. And please, no negative comments. Thanks!!!

Diet tips and questions about carbohydrates?

Is this true that foods with no carbohydrates can’t make you gain fat? Or is this only true to an extent, or is it a myth? I’m on a diet restricting all carbohydrates. Is it bad for me? How many calories should I eat a day on this diet? The same normal amount I usually would? Or more? Maybe even less..? Explanations please!

One of those cinnamon raisin bagels from Shoppers with light butter. How many calories are in one, or maybe just half? And would it be okay to eat these like twice a week while dieting? What about eating a half for breakfast, and the other half for lunch? – with other healthier stuff of course.
My mom just bought the bagels in a clear, plastic bag, so I have no idea what percentage of stuff is in it.

How much weight could I lose by doing at least 120 minutes of cardio a day?

I am going to try and lost weight. I weigh 180 pounds and I’m only 13. I am so sick of being called the "fat kid". It really hurts my feelings. I want to lose enough weight to be thin by the beginning of the new school year (beginning of September). If I eat approximately 1,200 calories a day, how many calories will I lose by doing 120 minutes of intense cardio a day? Tell me the amount of weight loss in a week. Thanks!
