I weigh 137 pounds and I really want to lose some weight, because I’m extremely embarrassed to go swimming. I know there’s really no "fast" way to lose weight, but what can I do to lose weight? I always drink water instead of sugary drinks, and I do 100 sit-ups and ballet squats before I go to bed every night. Any other important tips and exercises I can do for great results? Oh and I want to lose fat on my stomach, hips, and I want to tone my legs.

I am 5′9 and weight 118, and am looking to weigh 114. 34,24,36 are my measurements… or really am trying to get my hips down to a 34 in one month, i model so that is why i must be so small. what are some diet tricks to lose that body fat on my thass (thigh ass) or even a work out routine that can help me. i have been at a 34 before but gained it back 5 months later from bad eating habits, and i need to get back down again, but it seams so much harder. i do eat, i will never consider being anorexic/bulimic, and i enjoy working out. thank you.

I’m 19 and know I’m a little over weight. I’m wondering about tips for helping loose weight. I have been trying to cut down on carbs and eat smaller portions but there hasn’t been much change. Plus being vegetarian its harder to cut out carbs. Any advice on changing my diet. Also wondering what exercise I can do to help me lose weight especially around my hips, tummy and upper arms. Desperate for advice please help!

Im have about 40 lbs to lose and currently have stretch marks on my stomach, and hips the worst.
After losing weight and toning up will my stretch marks look better?
I have already tried all the creams and stuff and kno that nothing will get rid of them so im hoping toning up will help their appearence???

I would like to lose weight for my sisters wedding, which is early next year. But i want to lose it fast, cause i’m getting fitted for my dress (im one of the bridesmaids) in a couple of months, and if i keep losing it gradually, i’ll have to keep bringing the dress back for adjustments. I’m not overweight, im 5′3 and i weigh 62 kilo’s. Its just that the dress is going to be tight and i wanna lose weight around my hips and stomach.. anyone know how i can do this fast?

So, I’m bio-female and genderqueer. I really enjoy presenting male on occasion, but I have trouble passing. I have a very female body shape and I want to try and reshape myself in a more masculine way without the help of T.
Any recommendations for a good workout routine to get rid of some curves and get a more passably male body? I particularly want to focus on shrinking my chest and hips.

I am 31 years old. I have two kids and have gained excessive weight after both of them. I had a cessarian with the first and natural with the second. I’m pear shaped so it’s mostly in my hips and buttocks. I have a desk job so I sit a lot and I’m always too tired feeling to work out at night. I’ve been on every diet under the sun to only gain it all back. I’ve tried numerous excersises also. Over the counter weight loss pills or energy pills give me a racing heart. When I do loose weight I get the saggy belly that hangs between the legs when I sit and bend so how would I be able to find out how would be the best way to loose weight effectivly for myself and my body type and keep the sagging away. Please help.
