Monday, March 29th, 2010Iam not sure how it happend entirely..maybe due to stress..as its made me eat more and not so healthier foods but I have put on about 9 kg this year..and being 5′1 it really shows!!
My goal is to loose it by my 23rd b’day which is in march..
I think 9 kg is roughly 20 Lb…

I also don’t drink fizzy drinks,mainly because I just don’t like them.I never eat Bk or Macdonals… I usually opt for something like sushi,thai or kebabs when I want fast food…but that doesnt happen often.
What do you think are the best exercises you can perform at the gym?
