I am really tired of people telling me that my beauty is wasted. Cuz they say that I’m really beautiful but the only problem is, im a little bit chubby. I already tried going on a diet but some things just keeps getting on the way that makes me come back in eating many foods again. What tips can you guys give me except for the ones going on gyms? Cuz they dont know how much im tired of it saying that im wasting my own beauty. I need urgent help about this.
okay tomorrow i plan on going on a diet
eating nothing but fruits and vegges like a salad everyday and a grape fruit and sometimes a boiled egg
drinking nothing but Natural juices with low Sugar or none at all or making my own. (mostly grapefruit juice)
some smoothies
and i plan on getting one of those bike stay in place lol
(mostly grapefruit diet but a little things here and there)

I’m 14
5′5
and weigh 160
But I’m always hungry
and i cant seem to stay motivated
I am going on a diet and I need things that will give me results after just 1 week. Any simple foods? Simple work outs? Things that will help me lose weight before the week ends and some snacks that I can still eat and some I should and shouldn’t eat. Thanks
I’m planning on going on a diet. I don’t plan to shrink my appetite, but to eat healthier foods. I want as much exercise as I can get. My two questions are:
1. What do you eat to be on a healthy diet?
2. What do you do for exercise while on a diet?
