My height is 5′7". My weight is 85kg. How can I lose weight even if it is by exercises at home. If they are exercises please mention the specific exercise.

I am now a whopping 377 lbs and have bad back problems so exercise is almost impossible. I need a strict diet plan and low impact workout plan to get me started. I really need help here. Thank you.
Dieting doesn’t work because I can’t stick with a diet for my whole life. Soo when I stop I end up putting the weight back on.
Exercising doesn’t work because exercise gets boring and I eventually stop doing it.
Bottom line, you can’t stick with dieting and exercise your whole life. You eventually get tired or it, regardless of if its 3 days or 3 months.

I started running last week. I ran three miles on two different occasions. We plan to start running 3 miles four times a week. If I am consistent with my running, is that enough to lose weight without changing my diet? Also how long would it take to notice results in toning and weight loss? I am trying to lose about 10 pounds, maybe 15 at the maximum, but I would like to do it quickly. I plan to do a little exercise on the days I don’t run, but nothing extreme.

It’s funny, I actually feel the physical strain of exercise is easier than the mental strain of planning a diet. But even if I exercise like crazy I can’t seem to get rid of excess flab in the mid section. It’s very frustrating. I have tried cutting back on portion sizes, which has helped somewhat. How can you get a killer physique without killing yourself mentally and emotionally trying to stick to a diet?
I have a really bad diet, which involves lots of junk. Its really hard to cut it out, when i have tried i get a head rush and end up binging again. The thing is I’m very slim and weigh about 9.5 stones, but people say i look 35 when I’m only 19. My mum is always buying crisps and chocolate and i tell her not to buy it but my brother always wants it. Is there any way i can cut it out when its still in the house. I also do lots of exercise like swimming and jogging.
