Aspartame is a known carcinogen and is found in many unsweetened things, like winterfresh gum and diet soda. Why do they do this and why isn’t it illegal?
I am kind of restricted from exercise due to my job. I am a truck driver so i cannot make it to a gym. So what I am asking if anyone has found a diet that works and that is not a "Fad" diet. I would like to lose about fifty pounds. My diet now consists of mainly salads, water, and diet soda. But the problem as stated as before is lack of time to exercise. The diet that i am looking for would be something that would boost my matabolism that way in tuen i would lose wieght. Thanks for any suggestions
say i drink like a case and a half of diet soda per week, but im on a low calorie diet, will drinking all this soda affect my weigh in results (cuz i havent had good results lately)……. just like regular soda would ….. just want to know soo i can switch to water and get all the cases of diet soda out of my house!

I fear that I may have become addicted! I’ve been trying to cut out fattening/sugary foods, so whenever I feel like I want fatty snack, I have diet coke/coffee instead. Also, whenever I am bored or procrastinating, I make myself a coffee/get a diet soda. I must drink so much of this stuff during the day, and I know it’s not good for you! Any ideas for weening myself off the caffeine?
