diet tips, any, now please?
Friday, September 3rd, 2010im 5′7 i weigh 115, im tryin to lose some weight, i jog every other day for about 2hrs, i only take in 700-800 calories a day& am very active, what can i do to lose 15-25lbs? id like to lose weight as quickly as possile, please, i need any tips or diet secrets.
