What are some tips to actually sticking to a diet?
Friday, August 6th, 2010Every time I try to eat healthier I end up going right back to the junk food after a couple of days what are some tips to not go back to my old ways.
Every time I try to eat healthier I end up going right back to the junk food after a couple of days what are some tips to not go back to my old ways.
I do great for a couple of days then i get bored and just start eating everything.
Any tips on how to get away from that
**Firstly I know that you should not starve yourself when dieting**
A few weeks ago I was off my food. I was trying to cut down so this did not bother me.
This went on for a couple of days. Saying this I did eat but not the usual amount.
When I got my hunger back I was eating anything. And I just wanted to eat.
Is this because my body needed to make up with food for the days I was not eating? (Hope you can understand what I mean)
I have been dieting fairly well these past couple of days and I feel like Im making a lot of progress. I dont want to keep thinking diet because Im trying to make a lifestyle change. What kind of mindset can I have to help me?
