Dieting………..?
Saturday, February 20th, 2010**Firstly I know that you should not starve yourself when dieting**
A few weeks ago I was off my food. I was trying to cut down so this did not bother me.
This went on for a couple of days. Saying this I did eat but not the usual amount.
When I got my hunger back I was eating anything. And I just wanted to eat.
Is this because my body needed to make up with food for the days I was not eating? (Hope you can understand what I mean)
