I hate vegetables, corn is the only kind I can tolerate…
but I"ve been reading some diet plans online and most of them seem to forbid eating corn whilst dieting.
So what’s the deal?

I am wondering if there is such a diet out there that doesn’t include lots of crazyness like grapefruit juice and stuff. I am looking for a simple diet that I will not need to eat 5 times a day with… I just want ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I like a simple breakfast, a fast lunch and a filling dinner. I don’t like many veggies either- I like peas and green beans and tomatoes. I like corn too but its a starch… anyone have any ideas?

what’s a good diet for me? i am 14 and about 120 lbs.
i would like to lose some of that weight. i do not eat very many vegetables, i have not tried many vegetables. i am not sure i could convince myself to. i eat corn, raw carrots, peas, and occasionally raw green beans. i love fruit. it is also very hard for me because i live in a house where there’s a lot of junk food around. my mom is trying to gain weight. which makes me mad. i am starting to do crunches everyday. i also stretch everyday (straddle and stuff). i can’t go out for a jog because my mother thinks it’s "too dangerous" to go on my own. (rolling my eyes). anyway, i am a dancer and i would like to be skinnier. i do not believe in weight loss pills because they are a load of crap. please help me!
i am about 5 3.5- 5 4 height wise.
don’t say, you’re to young! i don’t want to be fat now or when i am older. you haven’t seen me, you don’t know what i look like.

I think due to it’s cellulose most of corn, or at least the wrapping on each corn, can not be digested, and just simply passes through the body. Does this make it a good dieting food due to people being able to eat so much of it without digesting too much carbs?
