I’m looking at waist watchers brand soda, and none of them appear to have Phenylalanine or Aspartame, which i hear is pretty bad for you. But it still has artificial sweetener, splenda. Is waist watchers more healthy then other types of diet sodas?

I’ve heard alot of bad things about aspartame. What diet sodas do NOT contain aspartame? A link to your source would be very much appreciated.
Also, what sodas that aren’t diet don’t contain aspartame?
