hey, im 15 and i have anorexia nervosa. i want to take laxatives to lose more weight but my mum and dad won’t let me so does anyone know what i could take that will have the same effect? all ways how you’ve lost weight or diet tips welcome

ps: please don’t tell me how much damage im causing my body because trust me, i get told every single day. i don’t want to be lectured, i want help. please reply, il’d really appreciate it
