I understand a lot of people say that it’s pathetic to take diet pills or fat burning pills without exercise because most of it is made of caffeine. I am 17 years old and I play football, I want to really reduce my body fat percentage. I have been gaining weight because I have an ankle injury and I cannot exercise on it a lot. I want to use a safe supplement in small portions to help me achieve my goals.

I would like to lose weight, but I want to follow a program that benefits me more than just losing weight.
I want a diet that is very healthy and good for my body and organs, with not a ton of toxins and bad fats.
I want to lower cholestrol and such.
Any suggestions?
I am also 17 years old, almost 18.

i am 17 years old and weigh 65 kgs im abit chubby and i do exercise pretty much everyday and im looking to lose some weight to participate in kickboxing comps. So what should my diet consist of? and how long should my runs be going for and at what intensity?

i am 17 years old. and weigh 143 pounds. it is my wish to weigh only 137 pounds. for the past three days i have been running three miles everyday. however the food i eat is very very very oily. it has lots of fat. i eat at least 4500 calories per day. i have been thinking of going on a fruit diet to lose weight. if anyone has any ideas please tell me. i need to lose six pounds in two weeks.
