i was in a fitness contest two years ago and i needed to drop 2 lbs to obtain my goal…this is NOT healthy…you pretty much dehydrate yourself…YOu can get it at CVS and it is with the weight loss stuff…it is dierex pills…it is just water wieght that you are going to lose, and do not use more than what is recommended…also if you have any health risks fo not use at all!!read the box and dont be stupid….you might lose about 2-3 lbs before saturday but its just water and you WILL gain it back very quick…do not use this product for extended time either because it is not good for your kidneys…
It comes in a capsule and a pill..i think it is $5….it is mainly used for menstrual bloating…i think i took 6-8 pills for 4 days THATS IT..i have used it 3 times in the past 3 years, for things like my wedding, the fitness competition, and IMPORTANT things…dont get hooked on it!it is not addictive, but you will look leaner, and more definition, and once you stop using it you will notice that you have gotten a little "puffy"….but this is a QUICK TEMPORARY fix!

ever heard of thinking ahead? you shoudl have thought about this much earlier than now. even starving yourself between now & saturday you’ll be lucky to lose 2lbs.
Seeing as how this is Tuesday, you’re not really going to loose any real weight before Saturday even if you hop on cleanse died, it will only be water weight.. Your best bet is to get a body wrap on Friday or Saturday morning if you can afford it. Check prices with your local spas.
Fad Diets Don’t Work. Your best bet is to drink a lot of water between now and then, and to eat small portions of fresh, healthy food – no candy, no fast food, no greasy or fried things. It will help ensure that you’ll have a clear complexion, too.
Starve, is the simple answer. I’ve not eaten in a week and a half, and I’ve lost 12lbs.
Drink TRUCKLOADS of water. Seriously. You do NOT want to be dehydrated. Take a litre bottle of water EVERYWHERE and make sure you drink at least two bottlefuls a day.
But yeah. Absolutely no food. It’s worked for me….all these people saying you can’t see the weight loss are wrong. I’m a lot thinner.
You’ll feel f**king awful though. And will have a lot less fun at your prom than if you just eat and don’t bother about what you look like. But it’s your choice.
Hannah, you say that you "need" to lose weight, but why is that? Are you worried that your date may think that you are ugly? Are you worried that others will think that you are fat? What kind of friends do you have if they will only think highly of you if you are skinny?
I understand your desire to look beautiful for Prom, but you and everybody else there will look perfect just as you are. Prom is about spending time with friends and classmates in a formal setting and not having to worry about school. It is about having fun and getting to know others on a more personal level.
I know that you are a model, so your physical appearance (especially your weight) is something that is important to you. I encourage you to spend more of your effort trying to be a good friend and you will have a good time at Prom.
You can safely and quickly lose 9 pounds every 11 days on this diet plan and keep repeating it until you lose to your goal weight. The computer will write the diet meals/snack menu for you so there’s nothing you have to do, but eat what is planned for you. It’s healthy, easy and you’ll get incredibly fast results! Exercise: strength training 3 days a week and either fast walking, or running the other days. Drink at least 64 ounces of water each day. Remember: calories in minus calories burned = gain or lost weight at the end of each day.

You cant lose a significant amount of weight in 4-5 days.
You could, actually, but it wouldnt be pysically reconiazable.
