    There’s no such think as a ‘low fad diet.’
    I think you’re confusing ‘fad diets’ with ”low-fat’ diets!

    well idk about low fad… but this is my diet

    work out 2 hours 5 days a week (sports)

    eat breakfast luncha nd dinner (protien shake for breakfast some type of vegie, and fruit or a half a sandwitch on 9 grainbread, and then a small dinner)

    drink plenty of water, and take vitamine daily

    stick to the plan, and keep myself buisy

    its been workin lost 10 pounds and im keepin it off :)
