Is this a good diet for weight loss?
Along with exercise of coarse.. is this a good weight loss diet plan?
Breakfast – A bowl of shreddies or Special K
Lunch – Wrap with a meat, tomatoes and lettuce
Dinner – Chicken Cesear Salad, or Pasta, etc…
And fruit and veggies for snacks!
