I also had a weight problem
I started cutting down on my food portions drinking 7 cups of water a day and walking 20 minutes a day and in a month i lost 20 lbs.
Start your day with 16 ounces of cold water, this will increase metabolism by 29%. It would be ideal if you drink between 6 and eight cups of water per day, don’t drink too much though because that can be dangerous.
My new years resolution was to lose weight. So instead of trying to do it myself, my sister-in law and I decided to have a competition. That way, we have someone to be accountable to. I started doing Weight Watchers (for a fee, of course), but I’ve been on the plan for one week and I’ve already lost 5lbs! It works on a points system, so you can still eat some of the things that you want and drink too with some management. It really limits the carbohydrates, but doesn’t eliminate them. They seem to focus on high fiber items and filling foods, like salads and veggies.
if you drink before every meal- you will eat less
try lots of vegetables and healthy meats (like chicken)
cut out junk food, and think of foods you like that aren’t junk or fast food
also to make stuff taste better, use lots of spices (just no salt)
lastly excersize alot
even if its just taking the stairs or something it helps
try to get up early and run in the morning
