I need a weight loss diet plan that actually works. I need help?
Is there any weight loss diet plans that really work. I need to lose weight and I am willing to do what it takes. Are there any websites that provide this service for free?

I have tried out every diet in the book but nothing worked as effectively as acai berry. I realize they say that pills do not work, nevertheless they definitely worked for me, and they’ve been showcased on CNN too. take 1000-1200 calories/day and go 4 an hr exercise as well.go 4 vegetables and fruits. least carbs/proteins/fat. leave cola drinks or take diet drinks. leave fast food and bakery stuff.

the most simple rule of any weight loss plan is:
NO FAST FOOD.
i swear by it. drink all diet soda if you must, water water and more water, don’t eat late at night, and don’t you dare sit around and do nothing all day. i don’t care what it is. stay ACTIVE. not saying you have to go work yourself into the ground at the gym 3 hours a day, 6 days a week, but just walking will help.
plus if you’re really heavy, the weight will come off in no time, as long as you discipline yourself.
