Biggest secret I have found is drink a ton of water. i know it sounds really easy but it works really well. Did for me anyways. Exercises but I am sure you know that already. Also, a big thing that helps is finding what your caloric intake range is for your age, weight, and activity level and breaking that into 4-5 meals through out the day and seperating that by 3-4 hours each meal. If your in a desperate case of losing weight and actually have weight to lose (not a skinny chick who wants to weigh 90 lbs, YUCK!!!) you can go to the doctor and ask them about a pill called phentermine. It is a pill that is used for obese people but the sad thing is that you can’t be on it for more than like 3-6 months cause it really messes with the heart after that time frame. So it is kinda like using diets but it does work for the time your on it.
