How long does it take to start seeing results from souuth beach diet and anyone have any tips for the diet?

I am on phase one of south beach and am struggling with the types of food i can eat. I am sick of eggs and meat and just find myself not eating bec i dont want any of the foods allowed. Please tell me how to get through this and how long will it take to start seeing results. I have been on this diet for 1 week and need support. If anyone has any advice or words of encouragement please share. Thanks so much

    By the end of Phase I you should probably have lost a few pounds (probably not more than 4 or 5). It is hard, but you only have one more week of Phase I to go. Try to vary it up a little…try fish instead of meat; for breakfast I ate turkey bacon a lot, which was actually really good. Next week you’ll be able to add back more foods into your diet, which is good, because your body needs the good carbs. Stick with it! If you don’t see results, maybe consider one on one nutritional counseling with a dietitian. Sometimes insurance companies pay for a few visits. Good luck!

    you just got to stick with it and don"t give up it is very hard to lose weight

    you will start missing food before loosing weight. My diet? eat when youare hungry, stop when you are full.

    Drink body choice weight loss in between for carb control, and increased energy.
