How does this weight loss diet sound?

3 days of low calories, 900 or so. (only three so I don’t go into starvation mode.)

4 days of 1, 200 calories. THen repeat.

Combinde with exercise:) and how much will i lose?

    Well in my experience it’s not about the calories. I just changed the way I ate so instead of burgers and fries I had roast chicken and a baked potato. Instead of chips and a coke for snack I had milk and graham crackers. I also walked and jogged.

    it sounds kinds wierd to be eating different calorie ammounts on different days. you should be keeping a steady calorie intake everyday.     You go into starvation mode in less than a day. Less than 1,500 will likely put you into starvation mode.

    So, pretty terrible. Take in 1,800 per day, minimum. I don’t know your weight or height, but you probably need even more than that.
