How do i lose weight without losing my boobs?
I’m kind of chunky and i don’t have big boobs but the problem is that when i try to lose weight i lose my boobs and its really making me mad. What do i do?

Do some workouts for the core so you build muscle while losing weight. Yoga makes nice, lean muscles instead of the buff ones.

Don’t panic..
..I know what you mean about losing weight without losing your boobs..
actually, you can perform dieting and exercising without losing your boobs…
However, you should increase your protein intake, starting your day off with a protein shake or eggs (scrambled or egg whites is best). This helps to keep you fuller longer and to boost your metabolism throughout the day. Eat lean protein such as chicken or fish (grilled or boiled, not fried).
Any pressing movement will work…bench press, dips, flyes, push ups,and variations of these exercises….

It takes ? hour for the message to get from your stomach to your brain when you’re full. Because of this, simply take small portions to start. It’s easier to do when you know in ? hour you can go back for more if you still want some. But you won’t.
