How Can One Loss Weight Fast – Without Dieting Or Eating Diet Pills?
I have tried all sort of "Fats Loss" products and most of them advocate a "Low fat, Low carb, Low Calorie" programs.
I have tried but could not maintain for long because it is really tough to maintain and results I’m getting is not ideal though I am dieting hard!
Can anyone advise is there any ways to "Loss Fats" without dieting or eating diet pills?

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

Are you incorporating excersize into your dieting? You must get a moderate amount of excersize in order to effectively burn fat.

yeah this is how i lost the extra weight. instead of 3 meals a day i ate 5 little ones. by little i mean a small bowl of fruit salad or half a sandwhich.
after losing the weight i stopped but it was perfect for me because i HATE feeling hungry.

You cannot lose weight fast in a healthy manner.
The key is to eat healthy and exercise so that you burn more calories than you consume. If input is more than output, you will gain weight.
Many are searching for that pill or fix, but persistence and hard work is the only way to get lasting results.
