How can I have better self control when dieting?
I’m trying to lose a few pounds, I’m not overweight or anything. (I’m 130lbs and 5′3", so I only wanna lose about 8-10lbs).
But I have trouble with dieting because I find myself eating too much all the time and not the healthiest stuff either. How can I practice better self control with this? Or what would be a good diet plan?

Here some info on something called the Portion Control Diet that is essentially free. All it costs you is the food that you buy at the grocery store. It’s all about putting the right amount of food on your plate to begin with and that keeps you honest and your portions under control.

have water before taking food it will reduce intake food , divide your food into six times a day for every two hours it works.

(Note: I’m not a professional. This is just from my own experience.)
First, I’d say that the easiest (and safest) way to diet, is just natural exercising and healthy eating. Diet pills may seem safe, but you can never be too sure about what’s inside of them.
Since my whole family liked to eat junk food, it was inevitable that I’d soon become a bit out of shape. So when I wanted to lose weight, I motivated my whole family to lose weight with me. We all encouraged each other to eat and buy less junk food, and to exercise more.
So if you live with your family/friends, ask them to help out. Or if you live by yourself, call friends and plan daily activities that you could do together. Such as jogging, biking, hiking, any sports related activities…
Stock up on fruits, and veggies that can be eaten raw. (Ex. Carrots, Celery, Peppers…) Whenever you feel the need to snack, choose a healthier alternative.
(And if you don’t already have one, apply for a gym membership!)
