Ever since I started dieting, my stomachs been really sensitive- is this normal?
I’ve been dieting for about the last three weeks. I’ve mostly just been counting calories and eating healthier, but a little less than a week into it certain foods would upset my stomach, and other times just smelling certain foods will make me feel slightly nauseous. Is this normal?
I just got off my period a week and a half ago. But the upset stomach has been worse since I’ve had a cold though, if that has anything to do with it.

This may have nothing to do with your diet. Take a pregnancy test.
