i wanna lose my weight.i am 69/70 kg.i control my diet.now i wanna know about green tea effect because i saw japanese & chinese,they take green tea instead of water.is this green tea which keeps them smart & slender?

    I always tell everyone about green tea. It drastically reduces belly fat and I brew it everyday with lots of fresh ginger. It reduces appetite and curbs bad cravings. I don’t use sugar in it. Every once in a while I will use stevia in a cup. A very good tea is sencha green. It is delicious. Good luck!

    I don’t think it is a good idea to stop drinking water completely but I know green tea is good for you. I think you should still consume water and green tea and eat healthy. Something that helped me lose weight was eating healthy, drinking water and chewing 2 fiber choice weight management tablets a day along with 30 minutes of exercise 3 to 4 days a week. The fiber choice tablets contain chromax and green tea. It really helped me to stay regular and helped me control my appetite without stomach pains. I hope this helped.
