Do you have any quick remedies, tips or diet plan to lose weight for occasions?

Help I need to attend a close relatives wedding in about 8 days time and i need to lose few kg fast how can i do it. Please if you have any remedies, tips or any diet plans you followed that worked please tell me!! I do go to gym and dont eat too much junk food but i still dont lose weight fast enough.

    What will work is to totally skip on sugar and carbs then drink lots of water. Just munch on veggies for the next 8 days. No need to starve yourself, oatmeal and crackers plus lots of water will help. Also, stay away from salt as they tend to retain water. Exercises like walking or jogging will lose some extra pounds, too. Did I mention drink lots of water?

    You can lose weight if you use correct method. I tried many method, but could not lose weight. I found the best method that works amazing for anyone.     That was quick — only three words. Seriously, though, if you want to see faster results, COMPLETELY give up the junk food. No sugar, white flour, trans fats, artificial sweeteners, or MSG. Junk food is absolute poison and it WILL make you fat! Focus on quality, high fiber nutrition. Here’s some info:

    Also, if you haven’t done it already, add some weights to your cardio at the gym. Be sure to challenge yourself with each workout and not simply go through the motions.

    Do all this and ye shall not fail. Sorry, there’s no way to accomplish several kgs of weight loss in 8 days unless you really amp up your workouts and eat almost nothing. Next time, start sooner.
