weight watchers its not really a diet it’s a life style choice. It’s very healthy for you it only cost 12 a week and you get great support and good and good advise
South Beach Diet. its a book. if not just dont drink anything but water and start by no desserts and such. and to the people who think its a lifestyle choice, your wrong! its called a diet for a reason
The best diet that always works is the one that mixes eating healthy foods along with exercising 30 minutes each day. we all want a miracle pill or a diet kit that tells us exactly what to do but the one key element to losing weight cannot be bought from a store or infomercial. It’s called motivation. You have to care about yourself enough to alter your daily lifestyle. Sure, a lot of diet gimmicks sound good and some of them will help you lose weight but if you don’t learn how to incorporate healthy foods and exercise into your daily routine then you will gain back the weight anyways.
I recommend you get in the habit of exercising each day first .. this builds self confidence. Trust me, I hate exercise but I do it because I know it is the best thing I can do for my body.
Eliminate almost all carbohydrates. Bread, pasta, sweets, juice drinks, cake, donuts, rice, anything made with flour. Also all starchy vegetables: potatoes, peas, beans.
Enjoy meat, even fatty meat, eggs, cheese, etc. They will satisfy your hunger ….for hours.
Protein & fat diets are completely safe. They provide all the vitamins, minerals & energy your body needs. You will be surprised.
This is very similar to the Dr. Adkins Diet. Find his books in the library.
You will lose 3-5 pounds in a day or so just from water loss – carbs retain water.
Exercise is good for you, but it does not help to lose weight
8)form a support group – invite friends, relatives, parents, partners
to participate in a healthy lifestyle, and keep you accountable. This
is important.
9) plan to lose weight slowly (1-2 lbs a week), and progressively
overtime increase your
goals!
