workout with varying the intensity.. one week go intense
then the next week go lighter

for example high intensity cardio one week
then the next week low intensity cardio

with weight training, heavier lifting one week
lighter lifting the next

I tried very hard to lose my last 10 pounds and thought I was stuck with it. However, I discovered how to do super set techniques, tri-set, and giants sets. Most associate it with weight training, but you can super set any form of exercise. It just means doing the sets with NO REST in between. It is intense training and that's the key.

The intensity is what cranks up your metabolism and keeps it up even when resting you burn fat. You do need to do them consistently at least 3 days a week, for an hour or so. By doing this I lost my last few pounds and now have to struggle to keep weight on.
