    yup eat healthy, which by that I mean no junkfood and fastfood. Exercise atleast 1 hour daily and to lose weight do it 2 hours daily, cardio of cousre. You should also do strenght training to tone your body, use free hand weights which are also known as dumbells. 10 minutes of jumprope with ou stopping ,, you can lose up to 1,000 calories. Drink water, start eating them vegtable and fruits, avoid bananas if you can they are really high in sugar and if you have to have one only eat half.
