Diet and exercise does anyone have any other tips?
I’m on a pretty good schedule for eating and working out, and workouts are pretty extreme. Eating a pretty high protein diet, and otherwise pretty healthy. Does anyone else have any tips on any supplements or superfoods or anything to get thinner faster?

If your looking to lose weight, then focus your routine more on cardio exercises. When working the weights, use higher reps when doing sets to help tone the muscle. Lower sets will increase muscle mass.
Stay away from the supplements. They are a money-waster. Many on the market are just fillers and you would be better off by spending money on quality foods.
There are no quick fixes – if there was a magical pill or solution everyone would be using them. But it is a multi-million dollar industry so its no surprise that anything related to Diet and Fitness will be spammed (*ahem* above poster)

If your looking to get thinner faster, I would recommend cardio exercises as well. Being on a good schedule with eating and working out alone doesn’t necessarily make you thinner, maybe toner or more bulk.
Cardio’s the way to go.
