Im 17 just got out of high school and weigh 170 i havent been in a gym class for a couple years, what r some ways to lose weight and how much is a person supposed to exersice a day?
I know dieting combined with exercising is the most effective way to lose weight…but can you lose weight just by dieting alone? or do you have to add cardio and weight lifting with it in order for it to work?
