can you help with my school project on fad diets?
i need to do a survey thingy wingy on best and worst diets. i know itsd pretty easy to read about what works what doesnt and whats ridiculousy unhealthy lol and i know generally the way all comes back, but i have to actually ask people for their results. this is only for like fad diets though, not like people who went to weight watchers or just made a lifestyle change or whatever

Method:ice cream diet
obviously not alot though, just one kingsize ice-cream bar a day (usually mars bar or snickers…. yummy!)
Lasted: a month
Weight lost: 28lbs
Weight gained (if any):none for a while

Okay, the whole "Diet Pill" fad
Method. Take 6 capsules per day.
Lasted 30 days.
Weight loss 3 pounds.
