can u reccomend me a excersize or diet plans? NO PILLS/ FAD DIETS (IE ATKINS OR MIAMI BEACH)?

im 18, 5ft 9, 126 lbs. i want to be 120 lbs. dont tell me its unhealthy i need this weight off for a show. i do about 30 mins walk/day and an hr aerobics per week. how can i healthily lose weight without weakness? i eat per day cornflakes and milk, a sandwich, a yoghurt n something like bolognese. Any excersize regeimes so i can lose some lbs? i have exams, what the amount of food i can eat without feeling weakness whilst studying? my breakfast is @ 7, lunch @12 dinner @7.

    Try cutting back gradually. 1600 a day to start. Then drop 100 calories a week until you’re at 1200 a day. Always "think healthy first". Try fruit instead of giving into junk food snacks. Most fruits have a very high water content so they can make you feel fuller without gobbling a ton of empty calories. They also have a lot vitamins and minerals everyone can use especially when making big lifestyle changes. That combined with 30 to 40 minutes of exercise everyday should have you losing 2 to 3 healthy pounds a week. So start walking, then walk/jogging until you can do the whole 30 minutes without a rest. That will give you lasting results without starving yourself. Eat what you like. Of course healthier is better but not everyone is the salad and tofu type. Just keep a journal of everything you eat with the calorie count. That will give you and idea of where you need to make changes

    Keep eating, but make sure you eat in proportions. when you’re full, you’re full, dont just eat to eat.

    Add some weight resistance, very small ammount 2.5 – 5 lbs into your exercise routine. Some armcurls, tricep curls, use them during aerobics, do squats etc. This will help because your body may be used to your exercises you’ve been doing and the change will work your body in new ways, but such low weights won’t add bulk.

    Also, add a snack between meals. Fruit preferably to keep energy up, but be healthy and keep your body happy.

    i think you should just cut off 500 calories a day from your normal eating, and burn 500 calories a day. To EASILY cut off 500 cals a day, just replace most of you drinks with water; cut off any extra seasonings or adding sugar. And DONT eat things that u know u shouldnt be eating lie cake or candy..OR SODA!

    TIP: if u get tempted to eat food that u know iis unhealthy, jsut get away from it and brush your teeth. it works for me cuz i dont like getting a clean mout dirty.
