dont go on any stupid diet!eat 5 small healthy meals a day and do cardio & toning exercises in moderation 5 days weekly..make it your lifestyle permanently so that all the excess weight that you lose never comes back…drink enough water
Actually if you want to lose weight you have to AVOID dieting. Sounds weird I know but the truth is there’s no good way to ‘diet’ out there. A lot of misconceptions are that if you pick a diet, whether its the zone, or the atkins, or whatever – it’ll help you shed pounds. This might work (or it may mostly be all water-weight and muscle mass that you’re losing and not actually fat) for a little while. Once you get off your diet the lbs will come back.
Fact is there are two important ingredients needed to lose weight healthily and attain a healthier lifestyle, they are eating right AND exercising.
Don’t sign up for any diets on any websites or anything. Just decide yourself to eat 4-5 meals a day maybe 3 hours apart with each meal balanced in terms of proteins, carbs, and minimal fat.
Do this with 20-30 mins of aerobic exercise (running, jogging, etc) starting out atleast 3x a week with strength training and then as frequently as you want. This is the PROVEN and GUARANTEED way to not only lose any unwanted lbs, but also to keep them off.
